Are Meet & Greets mandatory?
Yes, even if you can only spare 5-10 minutes. Meet & Greets are very important. They allow us to see if we are a good fit. It gives you time to ask all the questions you desire so that you can feel comfortable moving forward. It's a time for your pup to get acquainted with us. During the meet & greet we make sure everyone knows what is expected, allowing for the best possible outcome....and they're free!
What’s your cancellation policy?
Boarding cancellations need to be made 7 days prior to scheduled arrival to receive a full refund; any boarding cancellations made less than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for all other services must be made 24 hours beforehand to receive a refund.
We understand life happens and sometimes last minute cancellations cannot be helped; these situations will be considered on a case by case basis. Thank you for understanding.
Do you need a copy of my dog's current vaccinations?
Yes please, in addition to the vet's contact information. We will need to have this information on file prior to any services rendered.
Do you accept same day walk/visit reservations?
If schedule allows, last minute reservations will be happily accommodated.

We accept Check, Cash, Paypal, Venmo, Major Credit Cards (Amex, Discover, MasterCard, Visa) & debit cards.
